I have over 35 years sales and service experience to offer my clients and customers.
My past real estate experiences include new homes sales for a major developer, before becoming a REALTOR® for Hometown Realty and Pat King Bedford over 20 years ago.
Other housing related experiences include being a Sales Rep for a major window & door manufacturer, kitchen manufacturers, building supply, and home accessories companies which has provided me a solid knowledge of “housing”.
After completing a Computer Management certification I enjoyed a technology sales career for 10 years with Toshiba and Xerox, where I sold various hardware and software office technologies as a consultative Account Manager. At Xerox I was trained in their “Client Centered Selling” system which proves very useful for my clients in real estate. This CCS system helps the client to "determine on there own" those things which are most important to them in solving their problem, ie, selling or buying a home.
There are aspects of a real estate transaction that seem pretty simple and there are elements of a transaction that seem complicated and confusing.
